Return Policy for 2:20 Vision

At 2:20 Vision, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure a positive experience.

Return Window: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging.

Exclusions: Customized items or products marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us - Before sending a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@220vision.com to initiate the process and receive a Return Authorization number.
  2. Packaging Your Return - Include all original materials and packaging with your return, along with the Return Authorization number.
  3. Shipping - You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item arrives back at our warehouse.
  4. Refunds - Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@220vision.com and send your item to the designated return address.

Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
